Children with Special Health Care Needs(CSHCN) and their families are often left to navigate a vast array of highly complicated systems to include: medical, academic, specialized services, State and Federal government programs to mention a few.
Families with CSHCN, more and more are not qualifying for special case management through insurance.
I have over 20 plus years providing needed case management services that result in the best outcomes for the families and children.
